Special Event Space: includes main area, kitchen and outside patio seating: 4 hours = $300, 8 hours = $600. 50% non-refundable deposit places you on our books. If you have a 56309 zip code, we take $50 off your total as our family's way of saying congrats! $50 will be charged for up to every 15 minutes you are past your booking end time. A damage deposit is required at time of reservation for half of your total cost to be held until after your event.

Kitchen space rental: (includes equipment, utensils, pots/pans and glass/dish/silverware) $100 per day (9am-6pm) – waived if staying as a retreat group, rental of main area, rental of meeting space or rental of the entire building. 50% non-refundable reservation deposit places you on our books.
Reservation details:
- 50% of total if 30 day advanced notice to be placed on the calendar.
- 75% of total if 15-29 day advanced notice to be placed on the calendar.
- If 15 days or less than full amount due to reserve spot and to be placed on the calendar
Refund:
A sixty (60) day advanced notice of cancellation for full refund.
Less than 60 days is a one-time credit towards a future booking within one year of date of cancellation for comparable stay.
Damage Deposit:
The North Star Retreat Center reserves the right to require a damage deposit. Amount, assessment and application is strictly up to the discretion of the North Star Retreat Center. If there is no damage, then that amount will be applied to your final bill at check out or offered up as a credit for future stay/s for up to one year.
